மனிதவுடலும் குதிரைமுகமும் உடையவரும் யாழிசை வல்ல வருமான ஒருசார் தேவசாதியார் யாழ் பண்ணெறிந்தாள் கின்னரருந் சோர்ந்தா ரன்றே (சீவக. 647). A class of demigods, celestial musicians, supposed to have the figure of a man and the head of a horse, one of patiṉeṇ-kaṇam, q.v.;
