தினுசு, தினுசவாரி, s. kind, sort, வகை. தீ தீ , s. fire, நெருப்பு; 2. the elementary principle of fire; 3. hell, நரகம். முத்தீ, a three-fold class of sacred fire:- காருகபத்தியம், the sacrificial fire of a Brahmin householder, received from his ancestors and kept alive; 2. தட்சிணாக்கினியம், a fire on the southern side of the house kindled from the standing fire; & 3. ஆகவனீயம், consecrated fire, taken from the standing fire, for sacrificial purposes. தீக்கடன், the duties of a son or heir to one deceased - cremation and other funeral rites performed with fire. தீக்கல், தீக்கட்டிக்கல், flint. தீக்காய, to warm oneself at the fire, குளிர்காய. தீக்காயி, a hag, a mischievous woman; a woman causing bad fortune. தினுசுவாரிச் சரக்கு, s. different sorts of goods.
