கிராமங்களிற் சில்லறையாக விற்கும் நெல்விலைக்கும் மதிப்புவிலைக்குமுள்ள வித்தியாசத்தை ஈடுசெய்வதற்காகக் குடிவாரத்திலிருந்து விவசாயி மேல்வாரதாருக்குச் செலுத்தும் அதிக வரி. (R. T.) 1.
