[in astrol.]'' Such an agreement in the configuration of the heavenly bodies, in the horoscope of the two persons to be united, as is deem ed propitious for the marriage; and the investiture of the bride with the தாலி. --''Note.'' If the தாலிபொருத்தம் be un propitious, the parties do not come together; the wedding is deferred. It is one of the தசப்பொருத்தம்.
