கிம்புருஷம், s. a part of jambudwipa lying between the Himalayas and the Hemakuta; also கிம்புருட வருஷம்.

, [kimpuruṭam] ''s.'' One of the nine divi sions of Jambu Dwipa, lying between the ranges of Himalaya and Hémakúda. It is the portion allotted to the prince Kimpu rusha, and hence the name of the division, கிம்புருடகண்டம். (காந்.) Wils. p. 222.
