v. முன் எடுத்துரை, கலந்தாய்வுக்குக் கொணர்ந்து முன்வை, விருப்ப ஆவணத்தைச் சட்டப்படி நிலைநாட்டுவதற்காக அதிகாரிகள் முன்னிலைக்குக் கொண்டுவா.
