அஷ்டாங்கயோகத்துள் இரேசகம், பூரகம், கும்பகம் என்று மூவகையாய்ச் சுவாசத்தை யடக்கியாளும் யோகமுறை. (சிவதரு. சிவஞானயோ. 57.) Control of prāṇās or the vital forces of the body by regulation of breath, of three modes, viz., irēcakam, pūrakam, kumpakam, one of aṣṭāṅka-yōkam, q.v.:
