n. அடிமை வேலை, வேலையாள் நிலை, அடிமைப்பண்பு, அடிமைப்பட்ட வாழ்வு, நாடு வகையில் அயலாட்சிக்கு உட்பட்ட நிலை, மட்டற்ற கீழ்ப்படிவு, கட்டாய உழைப்பு, வேண்டாக் கட்டுப்பாடுகளுக்கு உட்பட்டிருக்கும் நிலை, உள்ளத்தின் அடிமைப்பாங்கு, ஆன்மிக அடிமைத்தன்மை, (சட்.) பிறர் உரிமைக்கு இடந்தரும் உடைமைப் பொறுப்பு.

Note: The object of a servitude is either to suffer something to be done by another, or to omit to do something, with respect to a thing. The easements of the English correspond in some respects with the servitudes of the Roman law. Both terms are used by common law writers, and often indiscriminately.
