n. பொதுமக்கள் வாக்கெடுப்பு, தனி ஒரு செய்தியில் தேர்தலுக்குரிய மக்கள் தொகுதியினர் அனைவரும் வாக்கெடுப்பு மூலம் நேரடியாக முடிவு செய்யும் குடியொப்பமுறை.
