n. கடன் கொடுத்தவர் பற்றூன்றுரிமை, உடைமையின் மேலுள்ள கடன் தீர்க்கப்படுகிற வரையில் அதை வைத்திருப்பதற்கான உரிமை, பணித்துறை மீள்வுரிமை.
