laches

n. (சட்.) மன்னிக்கத் தகாத கவனக்கேடு, மடிமைக்குற்றம், சட்டஞ் சார்ந்த கடமையை நிறைவேற்றுவதில் புறக்கணிப்பு, உரிமை வலியுறுத்திப் பெறுவதில் சுணக்கம், உரிமை நிறைவேற்றத்தில் தயக்கம்.
