n. இல்லத் தலைவி, பேரிளம் பெண், அன்னை, தாய், பெருமாட்டி, வீரமகள், சீமாட்டி, பெருமகனாரின் மனைவி, உயர்குடி மாது, அவிநஸ்க்கூத்திரல் வரும் இழிகுவ்க்கிழவி, ஈட்டன் கல்வி நிலையத்தின் இல்லத்தலைவர், திருவாட்டி (மாதர் பெயர் முன்வரும் அடை).
Dame, n. Etym: [F. dame, LL. domna, fr. L. domina mistress, lady, fem. of dominus master, ruler, lord; akin to domare to tame, subdue. See Tame, and cf. Dam mother, Dan, Danger, Dangeon, Dungeon, Dominie, Don, n., Duenna.] 1. A mistress of a family, who is a lady; a womam in authority; especially, a lady.
