n. அசைவின்மை, தௌதவமைதி, (பெ.) அமைதியான, ஓசையற்ற, அசையாத, காற்றலைவற்ற, (வினை.) அமைதிப்படுத்து, கொந்தளிப்பைத் தணியவை, ஓய்வுறு, அமைதிப்படு, (தொ.) காற்றில்லா நிலை.
