-1 n. முட்டுதல், தள்ளுகை, தளக்கட்டுப்பந்தாட்டத்தில் உட்களம் நோக்கிய சிறு பந்தெறி, விமானத்துறையில் அரை வட்டணித்து அரக்கரணமிடல், (வினை) கொம்பெறி, முடடு, குதி, துள்ளு, மட்டையைசன் சுழற்றாமல் பந்தைத் தட்டி நிறுத்து, விமானத் துறையில் அரைவட்டணித்து அரைக்கரணமிடு.-2 n. கோதுமைப்பயிர் நோய், பயிர்நோய்க்குரிய காளான் வகை.-3 n. வை-வலை-கப்பற்பாய் போன்றவற்றின் குழிவுப் பகுதி, இடைமடிப்புப் பகுதி, (வினை) குழிவாகு, தொய், உள்மடிப்புக் கொள்.
