triad

n. மும்மை, மூன்றுகொண்ட தொகுதி, (வேதி) மூவிணைதிறத் தனிமம், அல்லது உறுப்பு, (இசை) மூன்று சுரங்கள் ஒத்திசைக்குஞ் சாதாரண சுர இயைபு, முக்கவரான அமைவுடைய வேல்ஸ் நாட்டு இலக்கியப்புனைவு வகை.

(a) A chord of three notes. (b) The common chord, consisting of a tone with its third and fifth, with or without the octave. 3. (Chem.) Defn: An element or radical whose valence is three. Triads of the Welsh bards, poetical histories, in which the facts recorded are grouped by threes, three things or circumstances of a kind being mentioned together. -- Hindoo triad. See Trimurti.
