tenesmus
n. (மரு) சூடுபிடிப்பு, நீர்ச்சுருக்கு, மலச்சிக்கல், மலச் சருக்கு, அடிக்கடி மலங் கழிக்க விழைவு, அடிக்கடி சிறுநீர் கழிக்க விழைவு.
Te*nes"mus, n. Etym: [NL., fr. Gr. tenesmos.] (Med.) Defn: An urgent and distressing sensation, as if a discharge from the intestines must take place, although none can be effected; -- always referred to the lower extremity of the rectum. Vesical tenesmus, a similar sensation as to the evacuation of urine, referred to the region of the bladder.
