swoon
n. இறஞ்சுதல், பருந்துப் பாய்ச்சல், வன்பறவை வகையில் இரைநாடிக் கீழ்நோக்கிய திடீர்ப்பாய்ச்சல், திடீர்ப்பாய்வுத் தாக்குதல், திடீர்த் தட்டிப்பறிப்புக் கொள்ளை, பல்திரள் பொருளும் திடுமென ஒருங்கு தட்டிக்கொண்டு போகுஞ் செயல், (வினை.) இறாஞ்சு, கழுகு போல் கீழ்நோக்கி இரை மீது பாய், மேல்வந்து பாய், நெடுந்தொலைவிலிருந்து பாய்ந்து வந்து திடீர்த்தாக்குதல் செய், கொத்தாகத் தட்டிப்பறி.
