stampede

n. மிரள் திரளோட்டம், கால்நடைகள் முதலியவற்றின் பொதுக்கிலியால் ஆன திரட்பாய்ச்சல், திரள் உடைவோட்டம், மக்கட்கும்பலின குழப்பமான கலசலோட்டம், அழிமிதித் தடிப்பு, நெருக்கியிடிப்பு, மக்கட் கும்பலின் பொதுமதிச்செயல்களின் தொகுதி, விலங்குத் திரளின் குழப்ப அழிமதி, (வினை.) கிலியால் திரளாக உடைந்தோடு, நெருக்கியடித்தோடு, மிதித்துத்தள்ளி அழிமதிசெய்.
