squall

n. பேய்ப்புயல், பனிஊதைப் புயற்காற்று, பனிப்புயல் மழை, (வினை.) வீறிட்டலறு, ஊளையிடு, வீறிட்ட ஒலியுடன் பேசு, ஊளைக்குரலிற் பேசு.


Squall, n. Etym: [Cf. Sw. sqval an impetuous running of water, sqvalregn a violent shower of rain, sqala to stream, to gush.] Defn: A sudden violent gust of wind often attended with rain or snow.
