n. பிணைமை, பிணையாய் நிற்குந்தன்மை, சார்பு ஏற்புறுதி, அனைத்து நாட்டுச் சட்டத்துறையில் நாட்டினிடம் தனியுரிமை பெறாமலே நாட்டுப்பேராள் நாட்டின் சார்பில் அளிக்கும உறுதி.
