seton
n. (அறு.) ஊடிழைமம், அறுவையில் சிறப்பாக விலங்குடல் தோலடியூடாக ஊருதல் தடுப்பிற்காகவும் செயற்கைப் புண்மூலம் மருந்துச் சீநீர் பெறுவதற்காகவும் ஊடு செலுத்தப்படும் மயிர் அல்லது இழையாலான துய்க்கற்றை, ஊடுசீநீர், ஊடிழைமம் வழிப் பெறப்படம் செயற்கைச் சீநீர்.
