n. கைத்தண்டு, ஒருவரே உகைத்கும் இருகைத்தண்டுகளில் ஒன்று, துழாவிப்படகு செலுத்துவதற்குப் பயன்படும் விசைத்துடுப்பு, (வினை.) தண்டுகளால் உகை, படகு செலுத்து.

Defn: To impel (a boat) with a pair of sculls, or with a single scull or oar worked over the stern obliquely from side to side. Scull, v. i. Defn: To impel a boat with a scull or sculls.
