Scor"o*dite, n. Etym: [G. scorodit; -- so called in allusion to its smell under the blowpipe, from Gr. (Min.) Defn: A leek-green or brownish mineral occurring in orthorhombic crystals. It is a hydrous arseniate of iron. [Written also skorodite.]
