a. விரிந்து செல் கதிர்களையுடைய, ஆரைகள் போல் அமைக்கப்பெற்ற உறுப்புகளையுடைய, (வினை) ஔதக்கதிர்களை வீசு,. வெப்பக்கதிர்களைப் பரப்பு, எறட்டு, ஔத வகையில் சூழ்ந்து பரவு, வெப்பவகையில் கதிர்களாகப் புறஞ்செல், மின்காந்த அலைகளைப் பரப்பு, மையப்புள்ளியிலிருந்து விலகிச் செல், மைய இடத்தினின்று புறமாக வீசு, உயிர்த்துடிப்பு-அன்பு-களிப்பு முதலியவற்றைப் பரவச்செய்.
