praemunire
n. (சட்.) கட்டளையழைப்பு, இங்கிலாந்தில் போப்பாண்டவரின் அதிகாரத்தை நிலைநிறுத்துவதாகக் குற்றம் சாட்டப்பட்டவரை அழைக்குமாறு மாவட்ட நீதிபதிக்கு இடப்படும் கட்டளை.
