a. பன்மனைவியரையுடைய, ஒரே சமயத்தில் பல மனைவியரைக் கொள்ளும் பழக்கமுடைய, பல கணவர்களையுடைய, (வில.) ஒரு பருவத்தில் ஒன்றிற்கு மேற்பட்ட இணைவுத் தோழமையுடைய, (தாவ.) சில மலர்களில் ஆண் உறுப்புக்களும் சிலவற்றில் பெண் உறுப்புக்களும் சிலவற்றில் இருபால் உறுப்புக்களும் கொண்ட.
