plantigrade

n. உள்ளங்கால் பதித்து நடக்கும் விலங்கினம், உள்ளங்கால் பரப்பு முழுவதும் நிலத்தில் ஒருங்கே படியவைத்து நடக்கும் மனிதர், (பெ.) உள்ளங்கால் பதித்து நடக்கிற, உள்ளங்கால் பரப்பு முழுதும் பதித்து நடக்கிற.
