n. சட்டமுறைப்படா வழக்குமன்ற நடவடிக்கை, (வினை) சட்ட முறையின்றித் தான்தோன்றித்தனமான தீர்ப்பளி, தான் தோன்றித்தனமாகக் கொலைத்தண்டனை விதி.
