n. பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் தகுதிச் சான்றிதழ் பெற்றிருப்பவர், கல்லாரி அல்லது தேர்வுத் தலைவர் சான்றிதழ் பெற்றவர், திருச்சபை வகையில் சமயச் சொற்பொழிவாற்ற இசைவுரிமை பெற்றிருப்பவர்.

One who has a license to exercise a profession; as, a licentiate in medicine or theology.
