internuncio

n. போப்பாண்டவரின். தனிமுறைத்தூதர், தூதர் அமர்த்தப்படாத, காலத்தில் அல்லது இடத்தில் பணியாற்றும் இடைத்தூதர், (வர) துருக்கி அரசவையிலுள்ள அஸ்திரிய அரசயில் தூதர்.

A representative, or chargé d'affaires, of the pope at a foreign court or seat of government, ranking next below a nuncio. Note: This title was formerly given also to the Austrian envoy at Constantinople.
