a. முனைப்பியலான, தீவிரமான, ஆழ்ந்த, செறிவு உண்டுபண்ணுகிற, விளைவுவீதம்பெருக்குகிற, பயன்நிறைவு ஊக்குகிற, (மரு) படிப்படியாக அளவேற்றுகிற, (இலக்) அழுத்தம் குறிக்கிற, பொருளை வலியுறுத்திக் காட்டுகிற.
