-1 n. தட்டைமீன் வகை, ஆட்டு ஈரலிற் காணப்படும் ஒட்டுண்ணிப் புழு வகை, உருளைக்கிழங்கு வகை.-2 n. நங்கூரக்கொக்கி முகப்பு, ஈட்டியின் முள்ளமைந்த தலைப்பு, திமிங்கில வால் அலகுகளில் ஒன்று.-3 n. குருட்டு வெற்றி, எதிர் நோக்கா நிகழ்ச்சி, (வினை) எதிர்பாரா வெற்றிக்கொள்.


Fluke, n. Etym: [Cf. LG. flunk, flunka wing, the palm of an anchor; perh. akin to E. fly.] 1. The part of an anchor which fastens in the ground; a flook. See Anchor. 2. (Zoöl.) Defn: One of the lobes of a whale's tail, so called from the resemblance to the fluke of an anchor. 3. An instrument for cleaning out a hole drilled in stone for blasting. 4.
