a. உணவுக்குழாயில் வாயுவைப் பிறப்பிக்கின்ற, உணவுக்குழாயின் வாயுவால் விளைவுற்ற, பொருமலுக்கு ஆட்பட்ட, வயிற்றில் பொருமலுள்ள, உப்பலான, செருக்கு மிக்க, வீம்புடைய, காற்றுப்பிரிகிற, வெறுமையான, பயனற்ற, பகட்டான.

Affected with flatus or gases generated in the alimentary canal; windy. 2. Generating, or tending to generate, wind in the stomach.
