expectant
n. எதிர்நோக்கியிருப்பவர், பதவி முதலிய வற்றுக்கான வேண்மர், (பெ.) எதிர்நோக்குகிற, காத்திருக்கிற, உடைமைபெறும் வாய்ப்பு எதிர்நோக்கியுள்ள, பதவிவாய்ப்பு எதிர்நோக்குகிற.
