debit

n. பெறு கல்ன், கொடுக்கப்பட வேண்டிய ஒன்று. பற்று, கொடுக்கப்படவேண்டிய தொகையைக் காட்டும் கணக்குப் பதிவு, கணக்கில் பற்றுப் பதிவுப்ள் எழுதப்படுகிற இடதுபக்கம், (வினை) பெறு கடனாக எழுது, பற்று வை, ப்றறாக எழுது.
