n. தொலை எதிர்நிலை, முனைப்பான நேர் எதிர் மறை, (அள.) இரண்டும் பொய்யாகினும் இரண்டும் ஒத்து மெய்யாக முடியாத நிலையிலுள்ள கருவாசகம், (பெ.) முனைப்பாக நேர் எதிர்மறையான, முரண்பாடான, வேண்டுமென்றே தவறான வழியில் செல்கிற, (வி.) எதிர்த்துநில், மறுத்துப்பேசு, தொந்தரவு செய்.
