n. பாதுகாத்து வைக்கப்பட்ட பொருள், (வி.) பழுதுபடாமல் பேணு, முழுதும் வைத்திரு, விடாமல் கொள், பாதுகாத்து வை, சேமித்து வை, தீங்கு சிதைவு அல்லது இழப்பு இல்லாமல் பாதுகாவல் செய்.
