n. கருவெல்லம், சாராய வகைகளுக்கு நிறமூட்டுவதற்காகப் பயன்படும் தீய்ந்த சர்க்கரை, தித்திப்புப் பண்ட வகை, இளந்தவிட்டு நிறம், (வி.) தீய்ந்த சர்க்கரையாக்கு, கருவெல்லமாக்கு.
