n. (வர.) உரிமைபெற்ற நகர வாழ்நன், நகர உரிமைக்குடியினன், நகரினன், நகர உஸ்ர் குடியினன், பாராளுமன்ற நகர உறுப்பினர், நகரக் குற்ற நடுவர், நகரவை உறுப்பினர்.

An inhabitant of a Scotch burgh qualified to vote for municipal officers.
