n. கடலில் கப்பல் வசதியாய் இயங்குமிடம், கப்பல் நங்கூரம் பாய்ச்சுவதற்குப் போதிய அகலிடம், நாவாய்ககுறட்டில் கப்பல் தங்குமிடம், உரியஇடம், கப்பல்-தொடர் வண்டி முதலியவற்றில் துயிலிடம். பதவியிடம், நற்பணியிடம், (வினை) கப்பலைத் தக்க இடத்தில் நிறுத்தி நங்கூரம்பாய்ச்சு, துயிலிடம் அமைத்துக்கொடு.
