barratry
n. (கடல்துறைச் சட்டம்) கப்பற் சொந்தக்காரர்களுக்குத் தீங்குண்டாகும் வகையில் கப்பல் தலைவர் அல்லது கப்பலோட்டின் மோசம் செய்தல் அல்லது கடமை தவறல், (சட்) வீண்வழககாடல், வீண் வழக்காடத் தூண்டுதல்.
