n. காயல், உப்பங்கழி, அணையின் தேங்கு நீர், கட்டு நீர். ஆற்றேரக்குட்டை, விசைச் சக்கரம் சுழலுங்காலம், பின்னோக்கிச் சிதறும் நீர், பின்னோக்கிய நீரோட்டம், கப்பல் செல்வதால் ஏற்படும் நீர்மட்ட எழுச்சி, ஓல் நீர், காலவேகத்தின் தொடர்பற்ற இடம், நாகிகத்தில் பின்தங்கிய இடம்.
